On 1 March 2014, at the Ryn Castle, the 12th National Competition of the Young Culinary Talents was held. Once again, Kuchnie Świata was the partner of that extraordinary event. 16 teams representing restaurants from all over Poland competed for the title of the most talented chefs. The winners - Daniel Olas and Dawid Szkudlarek from the Hotel Zdrojowy Pro Vita - were selected by the Jury chaired by Kurt Scheller. Competitors were asked to prepare a Barbary duck dish and to choose a Martell cognac that would match best the dish.
