L'Art de la Cuisine Martell 2016

March 5 of this year at the Castle Ryn took place XIV National Competition for Young Talents Culinary Art, whose we were the partner once again.

In one of the most prestigious culinary competitions in Poland took part in this year as many as 16 teams representing restaurants from the whole Poland. Culinary theme this year was the British culinary fresh lamb, and the task of the participants was to prepare four dishes that best fits with cognac Martell.

Winners - Mateusz Bogdański and Arthur Kuchnia from Hotel Heron emerged Jury chaired by Paweł Oszczyk. Congratulations!
