Grilled Salmon Teriyaki
Ingredients for 4 portions:
- 4 salmon steaks (125g each);
- 6 teaspoons teriyaki marinade;
- frying oil;
- radish for decoration.
Teriyaki - marinade with soy sauce, wine, sugar and spices.
Step by step:
Wash salmon steaks, dry paper towel and add to marinade Teriyaki. Cover and set aside in a cool place for 60 minutes.
2. Drain the salmon from the marinade, and coat with oil to grill each side after 7min. From time to time sprinkle the fish remaining marinade.
3. Garnish with chopped salmon into small strips radish.
