Grilled Tuna Teriyaki
Ingredients for 2 people:
- 1 cucumber;
- salt and pepper;
- 300 g fresh tuna fillets;
- 1 jar of Japanese pickled ginger;
- 200 ml Teriyaki sauce;
- 1 tablespoon oil to wok.
Step by step:
Peel the cucumber, a section along at half and remove the seeds. Cut into thin slices. Drain the ginger, add 2 tablespoons ginger cucumber and mix. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Leave a salad for 1 hour.
Place tuna in a shallow dish and add teriyaki sauce. Leave the tuna to marinate for at least 1 hour.
Preheat the grill or grill pan, Apply oil. Remove the tuna from the marinade and cook for 1-2 minutes on each side. Such as steak, fish should remain pink in the middle.
Heat the marinade. Serve tuna with a salad of cucumber, jasmine rice and marinade.
