Hot fried chicken

Ingredients for 4 portions:

 
- 400g chicken breast fillet;
- 2-3 carrots;
- 1 pumpkin, small;
- 3-4 spring onions;
- 1/2 cabbage;
- 50g peanuts;
- frying oil;
- 1-2 teaspoons soy sauce.

Ingredients – marinade:


- 2 teaspoons soy sauce;
- 2 teaspoons brown sugar;
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil;
- 1 teaspoon Sambal Oelek (chilli pepper paste).

Step by step:


1. Rinse the fillets and cut into strips.
2. Prepare the marinade; blend the ingredients carefully; steep the meat in the marinade and leave for 30 min.
3. Cut the carrots and the pumpkin into thin slices. Chop the onions and the cabbage.
4. Heat the wok; fry the fillets for 2 min.on each side, then take them out of the wok.
5. Fry the carrots and the peanuts in the wok for 2 min., add all the vegetables and fry for another 2 min.
6. Add the meat and the marinade and continue frying for another 2 min.
7. Serve with rice or pasta.
