Japanese chicken skewers

Ingredients fot 2 people:

- 250g of chicken breast,
- 100 g shiitake mushrooms,
- 5 bulbs balloon,
- 200 ml marinade to Yakitori,
- 1 tablespoon oil to wok,
- skewers.

Step by step:

Chicken cut into cubes. Remove the legs shiitake mushrooms, hats, wipe with a paper towel and cut into quarters. Wash the bulbs and cut diagonally to approx. 1 cm pieces.
Hope meat, mushrooms and onions on the skewers. Place skewers in a shallow dish and pour the marinade them to Yakitori. Put the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
Apply with a brush oil on the grill pan and preheat it. Arrange skewers and Grill the for 2-3 minutes on each side.
Excellent with jasmine rice and your favorite salad.
