Lettuce of sockets with fried noodles in Thai

Ingredients for 3 people:

-1 Lettuce of salad
- 75 g bean sprouts,
- 2 cm of fresh ginger rhizome,
- 1 (pink) grapefruit,
- 500 mL of sunflower oil,
- 250 g pork tenderloin, cut into strips
- salt and paper
- 1/2 red chilli pepper
- 50 g rice noodles (noodles)
- 2 tablespoons dark soy sauce,
- 1 tablespoon oil to wok.

Step by step:

Wash the lettuce. Cut chili in a semicircle. Peel the ginger and cut into thin slices. Boil half a liter of water. Pour it bean sprouts and allow to drain water. Peel the grapefruit by removing the white part of the rind. Cut it into slices.
Heat the sunflower oil to 170 ° C. Place portions (outlet) pasta in oil. The pasta will start to swell with the start frying. Remove the outlet from the oil before they begin to brown and leave to drain on a paper towel.
Heat the tablespoon of oil in a frying pan. Stir-fry beef strips with chilli and ginger until the meat is ready. Add soy sauce. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Spread the salad on two plates. Put on it sprouts, grapefruit and meat. Pour sauce with meat. Place the pasta on top. Serve immediately.
