Omelette Tamago


- 6 eggs
- 1.5 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon granulated dashi broth
- pinch of salt
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 2-3 tablespoons of water

Step by step:

Ingredients mix. A rectangular pan, brush with olive oil and preheat it. Pour a small amount of dough, less than a pancake. When fried, roll it up and move it to the edge of the pan. Try to have at this stage to shape your omelet to the cuboid. Pour another layer of dough, when you chop down, roll it up around the first. Repeat until you run out of ingredients. Remove omelet from the pan, wrap in the bamboo mat, into the shape of a cuboid.
