Steak in oyster sauce

Ingredients for 2 people:

- 250 g steak,
- 3 tomatoes,
- 1 green bell pepper,
- salt and pepper,
- 70 g bamboo shoots (strips)
- 1 tablespoon light soy sauce,
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce,
- 1 tablespoon oil to wok.

Step by step:

Wash and slight pepper into squares.
Cut the tomatoes into pieces.
Slide the steak into strips.
Heat the oil in wok. Fry steak and shortly mixed it.
Add peppers, tomatos and bamboo shoots, fry and mixed for 1 minute.
Pour over the steak in oyster sauce and soy sauce, reheat.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Excellent with rice and green salad.
