Sukiyaki of roast beef

Ingredients for 2 people:

- 250g rice noodles;
- salt and pepper;
- 300g roast beef;
- 2 carrots;
- 100 g button mushrooms;
- 200 g Chinese cabbage;
- 1/2 cans of bamboo shoots;
- 2 tablespoons oil to wok;
- 200 ml sauce Sukiyaki.

Step by step:

Boil 1 liter of salted water. Remove from heat, urine pasta for 2-3 minutes, drain. Cut the beef into strips.
Wash the vegetables. Cut the carrots and mushrooms into thin slices, and Chinese cabbage into strips. Drain the bamboo shoots.
Heat the oil in a wok and fry the beef for 1 minute on high heat. Remove the meat, but would not bring it to cool.
In the remaining oil in the wok, stir-fry vegetables for 2 minutes on high heat. Add sauce for sukiyaki and cook vegetables over low heat for 5 minutes.
Put the roast back into the wok and heating of the whole. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Serve the meat with rice noodles.
