Sweet Indian curry with vegetables

Ingredients for 2 people:

- 2 potatoes;
- 1/2 red pepper;
- 2 carrots;
- 1 tablespoon oil to wok;
- 150 g of broccoli;
- 150 g mild curry paste;
- 100 ml of water;
- 1/4 cucumber cube cutted;
- 1 pack. Chutney of mango and pineapple.

Step by step:

Wash the vegetables. Cut the potatoes into small cubes, carrot into thin slices, pepper strips, broccoli split into particles.
Heat the oil in a wok, add all the vegetables and stir-fry 2 minutes. Add seasoning paste and water. Cook over low heat, occasionally stirring, until the vegetables are adequate (approx. 10 min).
Combine vegetables with cucumber. Serve with basmati rice and chutney of mango and pineapple.
